I Need The Darkness; Someone Please Cut The Lights

ABOUT ME:

So hello, :D
My name’s Emily and I’m from Newcastle, NSW in Australia. I would like to think that I’m a fairly approachable person. I will always stand up for what I believe in and no one can take my beliefs away from me. However, I am not narrow-minded. I appreciate others, and I try to treat everyone as equally as possible.

I usually post a lot a different stuff. Mostly text-posts about how I’m feeling or pictures of what I’ve done. My posts can get a little bit random sometimes. I’m a Smerchette, A Nerdfighter, and a lot of other stuff. I tend to go off on tangents very easily, but if I am told to only talk about one topic I can usually keep to that topic for hours.

I like lots of different music and movies; I grew up watching a lot of Quentin Tarantino movies, and listening to a lot of The Beatles. I’ve grown from that, if you suggest a song title and/or artist for me to listen to, I will most probably give them a go. I’m really addicted to Jaffas and Raspberry flavoured fizzy drink.

FRIENDS:

Cody – my best friend, my closest companion, the person I can trust with almost anything! She’s one of the coolest people I have met. She’s stuck with me through thick and thin. She’s the main person I can trust to be there when I fall.

Colin – Although I’ve never met him, he’s one of my closest friends. We can pretty much talk about anything and he’ll be able to add something to the conversation. We sometimes get in quarrels, but that’s mainly my fault because he’s so understanding.

Ash – I love her so much, she’s an inspiration, she’s helped me with so much stuff you would not believe. When I was new to Tinychat she showed me the way. She stood up for me when I needed it and she defended me when people did not understand. I hate to see her upset, as it makes me feel the same. She does not understand how utterly amazing she really is.

Zak – My brother, my closest family member. He’s been there for me forever. We grew up together, with the same inspirations, the same ideals, and the same family. It makes it easy for me to confide in him when he knows what I’ve been through without actually having me tell him. I don’t know where I’d be without him.

FAMILY:

My family is a very important part of my life, since I didn’t really have too many friends as a child, I’d always have to play with my family, and try and have fun with them rather than with friends; as a child growing up I never had the thought that I was different, I never really had a lot of friends as I’ve mentioned, but neither did most of my family. We’ve almost always had to struggle through everything we’ve done. My mother is the most brilliant woman that I will ever know. As a single mother she had to look after 5 children for 13 years by herself.
